chip upgrade??

hey any of u guys know anything about some kind of a chip......um..idk what it was called i saw it in a magazine, said it was a nice car upgrade that does something to the fuel so that u can rev past redline???

No, its not safe. You have a redline to insure safety and daily reliability. Overwise car manufacturers would put redline at 100,000 RPM.
