ignition control module

Does anone know where this is located on a 1990 Lumina sedan? The book is not telling me anything. Thank you.

The module itself sits underneath the coil packs. What size engine do you have?

I have a 2.5 liter.

holy heck, a 2.5L duck in a lumina? that should be criminal! I knew it was an option, I never knew anyone took em up on it! (ranting over)

is ti a TBI 2.5? (I think they all were once the holly 2bbl was dropped)

at any rate, the ign module/coil pack is all located on the end of a 'distributor' shaft 'behind' the motor - not the most accessible place. then entire assembly typically replaces as 1 unit.
