2002 z71 3rd seat install?

would anyone know if the equipment is under the carpet to add a 3rd seat to a 2002 Z71? On a Z71, a 3rd seat was not an option, but was wondering if the tracks or whatever are there to put a seat in. I was going to borrow one from a friend to use while on vacation. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
