the item (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33716&item=2472486120)
On April the 9th, the year two thousand and four, I purchased a taillight to replace my broken one on eBay from member dvbikeparts (http://cgi2.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=dvbikeparts&iid=2472486120&frm=284). No negative feedback, he had a reputable business running, I figured my money was safe in his hands.
On April the 11th I sent out a money order for $47.50 to Melissa Scott and subsequently sent an email confirming my action. On April 23rd, nearly 2 weeks after I had mailed out the money order, I still had not received the item or a confirmation email confirming they received my money order. Another email was sent requesting information on the transaction.
April 27th, still not reply from the email, another is sent, this time directly to the email address listed on eBay.
May 2nd, still no item, still no word.
May 4th, requested contact information from eBay.
May 5th, call the DV Bike Parts located in Schenectady, NY. A woman answers the phone. I enquire about my purchase and she replies 'there was a death in the family, I apologize for the delay. I have your part right here and I plan on shipping it out tomorrow.'
BULLSHIT ALERT | BULLSHIT ALERT | BULLSHIT ALERT
The alarm was ringing in my head. Whatever, I don't care about the excuse, as long as it's being shipped out.
May 12th, still no package. I call again and the same woman answers. 'oh I'm terribly sorry, that part is not instock, we recently had a fire and all our packages were destroyed. We can offer you a refund of your money'
...
......
'fine, send the fucking money'
May 21st, no letter yet. No money. Emails sent abroad.
May 25th, I don't see any money order sent.
May 27th, I call again. Hmm, no one answers?
May 28th, email, phone call, no replies, no answer.
June 2nd, contact eBay fraud alert, internet privacy fraud alert, and numerous other agencies.
June 8th, I receive an email from eBay saying they will pay back the money I never received. I decline, saying I want the actual money I paid to these cocksuckers.
June 12th, phone call, phone call, email. No replies
June 19th, here I am. Apparently another person was also screwed over by these fuckfaces, unfourtantly for them they spent $275.00 on Alfa Romeo wheels.
Please, if anyone is in the Albany or Schenectady area, maybe they can stop by this junkyard/parts dealer and check it out. They will not keep my $47.50, even if I have to go all the way to fucking Albany from my trip to NYC in October.

Damaging thier stuff is'nt gonna solve anything. Not that I'm a thief, but if you steal from them after they've stolen something from you then it balances everything out and no one is guilty. Just make sure you take something really expensive. And put it on eBay too.
