best amp i can get

is the NINe.2 a good amp for a 15" comp-vr, or is there a better one i should get? i don't want to spend more than $150.

There isn't really a "powerful enough". It needs to be set properly with the gains like every other amp. you wont have any headroom. It should be plenty of power though IMO.

where are you finding this nine.2 amp? I've tried doing a search but its not helping.
