2000 Rodeo 3.2 Lifters wont pump

2000 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 liter, lifters won't pump up. Has a brand new motor. Only on passanger side. Already put new ones in, problem got wrose with new ones. Any help? Thanks.

What? The 1998+ 3.2/3.5 dont have hydraulic lifters/lash adjusters. They are a direct-attack valve actuation setup- where the cams sit right above the valve stems. They do have replaceable shims & buckets for clearance adjustments.
