Well here is a Civic Hatchback I drew in 15 minutes, I was really bored while looking through the forums. I used a pink glitter colored pencil my Sister let me use. I have none of my supplies since I'm at my Mother's home. I have also got a few of my other drawings, enjoy. Negative and positive feedback welcome.

Ahhh

You appear to be a deep thinker (to say the least).

I can talk on the cars cause that's what I know. I flunked dragon with axe in art school.

Anyway...I like the civic. You chose a tough angle to land. Before you hit your lines dark go over them light until you flesh out the perspective. Boxes help in this respect.

I like where you're going with the tires. Remember your pencil actually has a wide range of shades. make your darks darker and your piece will jump off the page.

I realize these are just quick sketches for you so detailed critiques may be over doing it. If you can, give your cars the same shading care that you gave the muscley dragon pitch fork lizard man. That mutha is ripped!! He's got like a 9 pack.

Think about putting a shadow under your cars so they are grounded.

You have a really good eye, and you're also not afraid to try the hard stuff. Those are outstanding qualities.

I haven't seen your work before, but I look forward to seeing more.

Thnak you for the comment's and the tip's. But, the Civic would have been better if I had my drawing supplie's. I don't draw that often maybe one or twice a week. I am gonna draw a few more picture's tonight. 2-3 probably, I am in a drawing mood. I feel like drawing a car or 3. Well, off to draw, thank's again.

Here's an example of how you can use a box with an angle that is close to your's.

Buy George's CD. He's been a great mentor and friend to me in my artistic pursuits for years.

You may not dig his style, but the point is to get a better understanding of how you can use light boxes as a guide to flesh your cars out.

I'm done now.

Oh wait!!

Al is gonna jump in and tell you to get some books. Do it!! That's my man.

Looks good :). It has a sort of 'fishbowl' affect that looks cool. Ummm.... im not sure what to say about the 'car' underneath it...

wut supplies do you need???

all you need is a pencil to draw a car...you dont need elipses or french curves or anything (although they help a lot). all you need is a pencil

i think you should trythe grid method, it might help you a lot, or what lemorris posted, drawing a box and working from there...

nice dragons, unfortunately im not into that

civic looks good, its looks like its dieing though, or melting...and your wheels need sum work... its coool tho..

wuts with these four star rims everyone drawing nowadays:disappoin...
