Honda Emblem/Tail Lights

two things...
i want the accord emblem to have the white background instead of the stock black one. would it look good if i painted it or should i just shave it off and put on a new one?

also the stock tail lights on the 99 accord are ugly. i hate the pink. does anyone have the half red half clear ones? i've never seen them in person...do they look good? here's the link:

I remember back when this was PH, there was a sticky on how to make your own Honda symbols and you can make them any color you want. Did anyone save that? I'm sure that would help. Maybe you should ask Fritz or Drumsy if they have it saved.

If I myself were to change the emblem I would just put colored vinyl behind the emblem ... Just because nice emblems end up going missing ... :devil: ... as for the tail lights, red/clears look really nice and clean ...

I have had those tail lights on my car. They do make your car have a cleaner look over the stock pink ones but the thing is most people will fell that something is different when they look at your car Vs. a "stock" car but the will not be able to put there finger on what it is that is making them think that. I should know I asked many people if they could tell me after they said something about it looking different and they couldnt tell me. So that was the reason i got rid of them and got some carbon fiber altaz.

Supershawn, those tails are better than stock, I like them!

Pls. don't paint the background color of your H logos! That's not right! :D
Anyway... it doesn't really matter because your car would look good with or w/o it.
