Wheel issue

My Shadow's rear passenger wheel is (for a better term) loose. The lug nuts are snug, but I can push on the wheel and make it wobble a couple inches.

Does anyone know what might cause this. I'd guess the bearings in there are shot, but I am unsure.

Yep, it sounds like the bearings to me.
