Tune up for 2001 Prism

Hello all,
I am about to give my prism a tune up but I have never done it before.
What I am looking for are tips as to what I need.
I called an auto parts store and they told me that the car has no spark plugs. Is this true?
I have given tune ups before but they were big block V8's. Any help anyone can give me will be appreciated.

just call the parts store and tell them you need a complete tune up kit for that car and they will put it all together for you and then you'll have everything you need
