Mirror Removal?

Hey Guys

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how the P10 Mirrors?

1. Remove the inner door panel
2. Remove the little panel covering the mirror screws.
3. Disconnect the wires for the mirrors
4. Unscrew the three bolts holding it on.

Not hard at all.
