intake and exhaust

i have recently bought a 2001 eclipse gt. i was wondering which i should get first, an intake or cat-back exhaust. my second q is what is the best exhaust to get(magnaflow, borla, etc.)

i also just got an 01' eclipse gt. i would go with the exhaust first. i'm thinking on gettin the HKS exhaust. racerwheel.com has a pretty good selection of stuff.

go with a GReddy Evo II exhaust. great sound

Yeah I was wondering the same bout what exhaust to get but I think 1st u guys should get an Intake, I have just a short ram made by INJEN and it sounds way better just with an intake change. Have u seen the stock intake air box?Its rediculous when ever u have time and money take it off and check out all that air restrictions which rob power and sound.

I personally wouldnt start out with an exhaust, 1st u need to have air getting sucked in by having an intake then get an exhaust so theres that even flow through your motor. I heard a rumor that the stock muffler on the GT is made by stillen and its already flowy.I wanna get the HKS but the Greddy EVO gives 4hp to the wheels, Road Race engineering reccomends the greddy Evo or the Magnaflow race series.

I have both intakes and exhausts on that page. And I suggest and intake to get rid of the restriction that the stock intake gives you.

after eclipsed4utoo commented on the greddy evo II exhaust i went to other sites and looked at comments on it. all the comments i found were good and fully recomended them.
