A/C not working

I have a 1990 Trooper LS V6. I moved to AZ a few weeks ago. The trooper was sitting in Colorado for a little under a year in my driveway until I fixed the transmission which at this point is brand new. The truck runs GREAT, 203,000 Miles on it with no glitches or issues what so ever. THe A/C Prior to the tranny breaking and after a year of sitting, the A/C doesn't work at all. I turn on the blower, switch it to A/C and nothing. Living in AZ, it blows hot air. The is no fluid in the wondow of the Container. I am not sure what to do or if there is a bad relay or what. PLEASE HELP!! I need my A/C... Thanks
