Help with Electrical Problem

Just recently, in my '92, I noticed that the dash lights, the tag lights, and the rear lights don't come on when I turn on my headlight switch. I checked the fuse (which was blown to all hell), tried replacing it, only to be presented with another blown fuse. After waiting a few hours, I replaced the fuse again and it worked for about 30 minutes. Then, suddenly, THAT fuse blew out. Any idea where common shorts could/would be for these things?
