4.6 swap

A 1997 mustang 4.6 is a even swap out for a 94 thunderbird 4.6 just except for maybe the wiring? Thanks

I do believe they are, but I'm not sure (I do think the heads were a little different, you know improved) If I can find out for sure I will post it.
