Any help would be appreciated in my 95 camaro the windows and power door locks are very sluggish any suggestions on the problem. Thanks!

pretty simple, they are worn out. all electronic parts on cars will go bad over time. new window motors and new lock solenoids will solve the problem.
either that, or check your battery, if your battery voltage is low, then all electronics would operate sluggishly, and it would crank excessively and slowly before starting.
or you have a bad wire feeding the power into the car, such as a burnt terminal or corrosion somewhere between the battery and the internal wiring of the car.
any of those could cause the problem.
