DPFI to MPFI Help!!! >>> Almost Done... Help me get there!

Hey... please help me out with pics if you have them!

I basically have the whole thing done. I am just finishing up the Manifold install and... There are three points on the throttle body that need tubes from the engine bay connected to them... but Im not sure what goes where... and I have no clue where the tube coming out of the EACV (pointing down) connects to in the Engine Bay. If you have any info please help me out!!!

those are coolant lines coming from the EACV. on the throttle body, depending on what throttle body you are using, they are vacuum lines. If its a Z6 throttle body with the map sensor mounted on it, there shouldn't be any extra ports. If its a d15b7 throttle body or a d16a6 throttle body, the vacuum line on the top goes to the map sensor, the larger port on the very top goes to the red braided hose coming from the charcoal cannister.

Yes I have been there (and about 5 other sites) thank you, but none of them go into the removal/install of the intake manifold.

First off thanks for the info... it helps... a little... It is a ZC Manifold and Throttle body (pretty much the same as d16A6). Okay... so I have the following:

1. Smaller port (top of TB) = vacuum line to Map Sensor
2. Larger port (top of TB) = red braided line to Charcoal Canister
3. Larger Port (bottom of TB >> leads into bottom of EACV) = connects to ???
4. Larger Port (bottom of EACV) = connects to ???
5. A second vacuum line coming out of a small can next to Map Sensor on firewall = connects to ???

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what... but I would really like to get this right the first time and not have to trouble shoot too much... any info you can give would be appreciated!

If im not mistaken, that coolant line from the EACV will plug into a port on the external water passage pipe thing thats attached to the water pump and block. The coolant line on the bottom of the throttle body should attach to a port on the intake manifold flange. the purge solenoid on the firewall can be connected to any vacuum source, i.e. get a T fitting and "T" it off one of the other vacuum lines, dont matter which one.

Okay... I think know about the connections you are talking about. I'm goint to try it out and see what happens... hopefully it all works out. I'll come back and let you know. Thanks again for all the help!
