I'm super happy with these Hella 500's, cost me $170 CDN (probably $100 US), installation was a breeze and they light up nice enough for me.

The Hellas seem to be a favorite for drilling into the Xterra bumper. I love my IPF
Super Rally lights, but they might be out of your price range. $200+ Built great though.

Are right at $300! But they are great cause they are fog AND driving lights. But they are worth it. ChuckH and I both run them.

I like my KC Daylighters (150watt) $140.00 for the pair and they are BRIGHT. The only drawback is they have a very tight light pattern.

I just picked up 2 sets of the new IPF 968's for $165 Cdn each. I don't know how they work yet because I have not yet installed them. They have some sort of " new hybrid multi-surface reflector " and are 55W each. This lamp falls into your price range. Check them out here (http://www.overlander.com/)

Forum ate my post #%#$^!!!!
I like my KC series 57 lights.
They come with fog and driving pattern lenses. And they're street legal so you don't have to keep covers on them.
The Driving Lenses are brighter than Hi-Beams.
And if the fog lenses are adjusted right then you get a 180 degree light spread to the front.
