Performance Camshafts vs. Regrinds

I am trying find so new camshafts (and needed valvetrain parts) for my 1995 Prelude Si. I was curious as to what the difference is (performance wise) between new performance camshafts and professional regrinds. Also, if anyone knows where to find H23A camshafts, etc. please let me know. Thanks for any help.
