Well, I said I'd get some more pics of some rusting or unused old cars, so I did. These ones aren't as interesting as the other ones, but I'd still take some of them and I'm pretty sure you guys might too!
First up: Now this is BLING folks! I'd take one of these in a heartbeat! Not too common, looks different, nice and comfortable. What else matters? :D It's a Boattail Buick Riviera by the way.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538boattail_riviera_2_copy-med.jpg
Second up: Well well, it's another Boattail Riviera! This is what gives them the 'Boattail' addage though...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538Boattail_riviera_1_copy-med.jpg
Third up: I told you guys that there were a million old Mustangs on my route, so here are a few of them that I took pictures of when I saw them. This one's a 69 Grande.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753869_Grande_Mustang_2-med.jpg
Fourth up: This is a VERY nice '67 Mustang, I saw it at a transmission shop not too long ago, so this one's not rusting away, but it's still pretty damned cool and I'd take it.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753867_mustang_2-med.jpg
Fifth up: A 65-66 model, one of half a million of them, literally... It still has it's black license plates at least!
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753865-66_mustang_1_copy-med.jpg
Sixth up: Another 65-66 Mustang...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753865-66_mustang_2_copy-med.jpg
Seventh up: A sweet assed old firebird, though I don't know the year, I think maybe 69?
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753860s_firebird_2-med.jpg
Eight: A nice old 50s GMC truck. This looks to be in nice and restorable condition. Too bad I've not the time nor money...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753850s_GMC_2-med.jpg
Ninth up: An old T-bird rusting away in a field next to an airport... it's a shame really...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753860s_thunderbird_2-med.jpg
Tenth up: A sweet '67 GTO. Yeah I know it's not rusting away... but still...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753867_GTO_2-med.jpg
Eleventh up: I think this is a 68 Le Mans, but I could be mistaken. Either Le Mans or GTO, I'd still take it. That'd make a killer Hot Rod.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/8753868_Le_Mans_2-med.jpg
Twelfth up: Well, it's an old Chevelle, but it's kinda jacked from the looks of it... dunno if I'd want it or not....possible basket case...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538chevelle_2-med.jpg
Thirteen: A nice old Malibu Chevelle, I'd take it for the same reasons as the le mans...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538Malibu_2-med.jpg
Fourteen: PIMP ALERT! Now this would be bling-a-licious to drive if it were decked out, don't you think? It's a Pontiac Catalina convertable by the way, you can't get a bigger boat other than an old Caddy...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538Catalina_convertable_2-med.jpg
Fifteen: I just had to put this one in here to make all Chevelle lovers cry...when rednecks become wannabe Harvicks...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538Busted_up_chevelle_2-med.jpg
Sixteen: I dunno if I'd want this or not, mostly 'not' I think. I just put it here because it's so rare to see one in this shape, (since American cars of the mid 70s were built to be 'disposable' and not long lasting it seems...) It's a Mustang II Cobra. (I think...)
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538Mustang_II_cobra_2-med.jpg
Seventeen: A nice old Ranchero, It could be hot if you wanted to put some money into it. It kinda looks a bit 'grandpa-ized' at the moment.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538ranchero_2-med.jpg
Eighteen: I don't know if this is bullshit or not, but it's still kinda cool, I know I've seen an SS396 for real, (an old man was driving it and I tried to chase him down but ended up loosing him...), it's an SS 454 El Camino. Like I said, it's probably a clone, but you never know...
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/87538SS_454_El_camino_2-med.jpg
So that's it for now! I'll keep diamonds in the rough to post here.
Say it with me now! "IF I ONLY HAD THE MONEY!"

Red x's are bling-a-licious...alas, i couldn't see the last few pics but Chevelles, I love 'em. A friend of mine has such a B-E-A-UTIFUL green Chevelle that he's restored. Not sure what year but just hearing it...

That would be Kern County in California, specifically in the city of Bakersfield. There's more land here in this county than the state of Delaware has, and there are a LOT of old cars around here like this. Nice desertlike and rust-free weather too...:D

Nice cars, thanks. Around here, all those cars would have disappeared around 1975, due to Mr. Saltee. Count yourself lucky to have such a variety.
