Horn fuse keeps blowing

Getting tired of replacing my horn fuse all the time. Doesn't blow out if I only honk for a short blast. But when some idiot cuts me off, and I lay on the horn for more than a couple of seconds. Thar she blows!
Anyone else had this problem? If so, remedy?

sounds like the big brother's method of controling road-rage.....
unplug the horn. try it again, only with a test light in the horn wire plug.
if it blows the fuse again, then you have a short in the hornring in the steering wheel or in the wiring to the horn itsself. a bad relay may be suspect as well.
if it doesn't blow (fuse-the test light should be lit) then the horn may just be shorted internally. a short blast isn't enough amps to pop the fuse, but a long blast is. replace horn....
