Window cranks getting really stiff.

In my 93 grand AM, its getting to be REALLY hard to roll down the windows. Heman would break a sweat having to roll down all 4. I had the drivers side one replaced like a year ago and it worked fine for a bit, but its getting hard again. Anyone know what the deal is or what to do to fix it?

might need to take out all the window regulators and buy some sort of lubing gel or even grease will work. I had a hell of a time with the drivers side window on my 95 too so i greased up the regulator and it works fine since i did it about 3 months ago

Got any SS of what it looks like so I know what im doing when I take the door apart?

Ive only done it to a 2 dr and its a bit tricky. I'll try to get some pics for ya anyways. Im sure its not that different.
