I have an '89 SC with key pad unlock.
Doors unlock with that, but not the door
switch. An alarm installer told me it's due
to the fact an old alarm system fried box
in the trunk.Switched the black(coded for key
pad)no help.Then switched grey,which I thought
controlled the power acc.Still nothing.
Anyone help?

Make sure you have power at the switch. And is this with both switches or just the drivers side? (can't remember if it is one switch in the console of one on each door)

Both locks.I can't seem to figure out how
to get power to the locks.I tried a jumper
but,no luck.No power.Tried to change the CB
still no luck.

Don't use + to jumper the locks to cycle. If you do, you will fry the system. The switches are actually (-) if this car had the keyless entry and are reverse polarity if it didn't.

Ok(?) so then how do I get power?
This is door keyless which does work.
