all right...i've been driving without an air filter for a little while now ( i know, it's not good to....) but the road conditions here are pretty clean.....it's not like i'm riding on dirt roads or anything...it also makes my turbo a hell of a lot louder...but anyway i do want a filter, but i don't wanna have that big ass air box there...i want just a filter (and i can't afford a whole intake).....this is what i want...

everything is pretty much stock except there is no air box and the ic piping.....when i called summit racing, i told them what i wanted and they said i needed to give them measurements....can anyone tell me exactly what filter i need that will just strap on?
thanks for the help

K&N FIPK!!! They go for like $110 brand new. It's probably the best air filter out there, and it fits perfectly =)

All you need is a MAS adapter and a filter. I got mine for $18 at like procarparts.com
EDIT>> http://www.procarparts.com/store-detail.asp?sku=MT95EC%2D3339ADX
It won't fill the entire gap like that K&N, but since I don't use a stock intake pipe, it's not exactly the same anyway.

you can even got a pipe and filter off of ebay for pretty cheap too... it's not rocket science when it comes to an intake pipe and a filter. the K&N is tghe shizzle tho...
