Can you bondo polyurethane???

yea so i just bought a lip made of urethane and it looks like you cant bondo something like that. or can you?? if you can't, what can i use to cover a crack up??? someone helplease

I don't recommend using bondo for anything, bondo cracks very easy, and is just a poor product to use.
Also, you can't fix cracked Urethane like you can fiberglass. They whole this with urethane is it's very hard to crack, but if it does you can't fix it. With fiberglass, it cracks very easy, but it can be fixed. Sorry I don't have good news, lol.

yeah...bondo is for filling in pits-creases and finishing...molding needs the use of fiberglass....however eckoman is right....glass and urethane wont bond as well and i wouldnt trust it.... where and how is it cracked i have a few ideas ?

There is a product called JB Weld, you can fix it with that, put some on the inside, let dry, then some on the outside, let dry, sand smooth...its what i used and its holding.
