Smashed up

Hears the story first. I get out of school(last day of finals done for school for the summer). I got in my car and I was going down to wal-mart to get a new battery terminal(mine was old and starting to wear out). So I made my way down towards Wal-Mart. I was starting to slow down to a stop light with about of 20 feet between me and the car in fount of me. Then to the right here comes this fucking f-150 flying by me and cut me off trying to get into the Wal-Mart lane. And I am like FUCK and have just enough time for me to slam on my breaks. Blam I slammed into the back of him only at like 20. After the cops came and shit I got a fucking $90 ticket for following to close. That is total bullshit.

My car got fucked up. His bumper was at hood level. So it bent my hood up cracked the shit out of my skirt killed my radiator and condenser killed my lights messed up a bunch of mounting stuff. The body shop said its 4100 of damage. Fuck almost as much as I paid for my car. What happens now is I total the car and buy back the salvage and get it fixed and pay 500 bucks. Fuck what a great way to start off the summer. Well for until i get my GS back I have a 1972 Plymouth Fury III. Which is nice condition and has less miles then my GS. Which is for sale too. Well enough of my bitching.

Goto court and keep telling them that he cut you off and that you did not have enough time to react.

I hear ya, damn near the same thing happend to me last summer on the free way but it was a ford excurion. It screwed my car all up. His hitch went through my radiator....stupid drivers.
