I would recommend Koni or Tokico shocks
I would also recommend for springs H&R, Eibach, Neuspeed or Comptech

I have tokico illuminas and I love them. The car just sticks to the ground now. The 5 way adjustable is a nice feature to have. I also put on Tein springs at the same time but they dropped the car about 1.5". All in all I like them together.

if you don't want to lower car, go with aftermarket shocks like Koni or Tokico. For product reviews check out carreview.com, and click on reviews.
H&R also makes OE sport springs with gives .75 inch drop. That's very little. That's what I have, but I looks closer to a one inch drop on my sedan. I suspect that the sedan weights more so it drops a little more than .75 on coupes. The look is clean nothing drastic.
As for Koni + H&R you can do any combo you like, it will work. From what I read Koni and H&R owners are very satisfied.

Tokico HP springs/shocks. $300 on ebay. Way worth it for the value. 1.5 drop.
