If you bothered to read the STUCK THREADS you would have answered your own question on the legalzation. Now if you live in the state it would make a WHOLE lot of sence to go to that section and again READ THE STUCK THREADS you wouldn't have posted this quesiton and I wouldn't have to answer the same GOD DAMN FUCKING QUESTION over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
