When I got my TA the back blinkers/tail lights/brake light sockets kept shorting out and sometimes would work sometimes not. They were just coming apart and junky so I ordered new ones. $120 worth of them. Now they don't short out and always work but the blinkers on both sides now blink really fast. Like there is a bulb out or they are not grounding correctly. But, they are grounded good and all bulbs are good. In fact...I just had a bulb burn out on me and get this...it made the blinker on that side...blink normal??? Is that weird or what? I took the sockets out and grounded the outside of the bulb to a good ground on the with them blinking and they still blink fast. Does anyone have an idea on this problem? All wires are hooked up correctly and work fine.

Your flasher is bad/incorrect - think its still in the fuse block- do your hazzards flash correctly ?

There is no blinker "light" bulb out for sure. They are all new and work fine. All of the sockets across the back are all new. Cost me $120 to replace them all. It didn't start doing this until I replaced all of the sockets. It acts like one of them is not grounding but they are all hooked up correctly. I even put a second ground to the outside of each bulb and then to the frame just to make sure and they still blink fast. If I take out one of the bulbs then that side will be normally. I have no idea what else it could be unless it is the flasher but my hazzards blink fine. (slowly or whatever)

They are only like 4 or 5 $$ I belive-
ps You don't have a trailer hitch on your car - Do you ? :lol2:(Trailer lights need a HD flasher)Or if the guy kept blowing flasher out do to a short he prob put a HD unit in- You know what they look like A Silver metal can I belive big as about 10 quarter stacked around fuse box- (all from memory )
let me know if you get it to work...
you take it somewhere they will prob soak you 150$ for diagnosis time...

Thanks, I'll pick one up today and give it a try. I don't have a trailer hitch so I don't know what is going on. I'll let you all know.
