this amp enough?

I have 2 sony X 12s and I can get a 200w amp for $20 from a friend. I was wondering if this was enough power to give me good bass?

Well is it 200w rms or peak? Mono, 2 channel or 4 channel? I would say it would be worth it right now just to have some bass unless you have money to buy a better one. If its mono the each sub would get 100w so yes there would be some bass but not a lot.

that's not a 200 watt amp, you're lucky if it's a 50 watt amp

Someone on another forum got a "400 watt" virtual reality, it took me forever to find the real specs but it was around 100-150rms, I'm guessing your "200 watt" amp is the same way.
