what lights

I was wondering what lights would be the best replacements, look high quailty, i want a bright white..any ideas
maybe down the orad i am going to buy projection lights but for now i just want new bulbs

i think the best street legal under 50 bucks bulb is sylvania silverstars. At night it is whiter, brighter, better focused than stock bulbs. Good reliability. However no bulb will come close to HID look.

I've stood side by side with my silverstars against Mercedes with HID and silverstars didn't come close, the HID was pure white color.
