I am looking for a McLaren F1 in resin or plastic, but I have yet to find one. I would like for it to be full detail, engine/interior/etc. Does anyone know of a company that makes one?
Thanks,
-Tim

IIRC Profil24 made a full detail F1 in resin, but it's the GTR-LM version.
The only F1 kits out there are all resin and all GTR-LM's, they're also predominantly curbside kits.

Studio27 has just re-released their F1 kits of the longtail variant but you can expect to pay upwards of $100 for one.

Check out http://www.scaleracecars.com or http://www.islandcollectibles.com for them, I have seen them on both sites.
Also check out http://www.surfcitymodelcars.com

I'm currently looking for this kit too.

My research tell me Profil24 kit have engine, while other don't, but might need more cleaning than Studio27

http://www.islandcollectibles.net have it for 105$

If you want full detail (and I mean full!) and you don't mind 1:43 check out Renaissance Models Super Integral kit. It builds out from the monochoque just like the real thing, and having seen the finished item in the flesh it's quite unreal. Ca't find any picture at the moment, but it's available from www.grandprixmodels.co.uk

There were also 1/24th kits from Studio27 and I think, Modeler's from Japan, which should be very good... I think they're not available anymore from the manufacturers.

The french kit from Profil24 should be widely available, though....

The Amazing 43 pic VRic posted is the standard 'open' kit, which I have in my to build set. They also do an even more detailed short tail with full engine and underbody detail, with full lift off pannels, removable wheels etc. I'll see if I can find pic for those that are interested.

this 1/43 one is more expensive than 1/24 LOL
180$ for a 1/43... overkill ? :D

Thats the one. Amazing kit, builds like the Tamiya Enzo, only in 1:43. I've considered doning one, but I find Resaicensse quality a bit patchy.
