Pop Charger Install

Allright, I've got my Pop Charger now. I'm reading the install directions, and it looks way too easy. Is there anything special I should know, or is it just unbolt old airbox, bolt on new pop charger?

nope, simple as pie, but you have to drill a hole in the top of the cone filter to fit the sensor that was attached to the airbox. not a problem, just drill in the middle and attach then your set.

Funny, there was no sensor attached to my airbox, or are you referring to the sensor attached to the air tube that runs into the wheel well???

He's referring to the air temp. sensor. My PRI CAI came with the proper holes for it.

I was thinking about putting one of these in. What are the best ones and about how much do they cost. I also want to know if I will really notice a difference in accel if thats all I do to a stock G20. any help is much appreciated.

I used to have a HotShot CAI that gave a good 5+hp and torque--
the accel isnt noticed as much but youll feel more response and torque
plus a better sound--along with a nifty little sucking sound from the front right fender
I was real satisfied with it and im probably going to buy another one--i sold the old one for an AEM intake off an SE-R thats not giving the power i wanted...:(

You'll definately notice a change in acceleration, sound and even a slight increase in gas milaege. The stock intake is pitifully restrictive. I've had a POP on since October. Although I have a Stillen POP-Charger, JWT is the better value. It's well worth it.
