1991 2.3l engine swap 1989 W41

Hey guys, I've got my 91 GA and I uh, toasted the motor. Blew out the oil pan and tried driving it home. haha.. crank siezed after a few miles. I found a W41 pretty cheap and I was wondering if there is anything other than the ECU (I think I have to change it) that I need to do in order to do the engine swap? My GA LE is an auto (ick).
