I need help with an 89 Firebird

Hi, I have few questions about the 89 Firebird
First of all I have a 305 fule injected.

It did not came with the manual, so i want to know if 220 is an optimal water temperature for the car, or is 220 too hot?

Second of all, I have a lot of squeaking noises coming from the rear suspension, it sounds like the springs or the struts on the shocks. I heard that third gen was plagued with this, but would like a professional opinion on what to do to eliminate the, oh so annoying, sqeaking.

Lastly, after I drive the car for a while, the transmission will make noise when i put it into reverse. Its more like a buzzing noise, almost sounds like a loose pipe. Would you guys know anything about it.

Thanks.

most of these cars run at 180
you probably have a bad tstat at 220 both of your fans will come on and thats why your car stays at that temp

get some sub frame connectors and a strut tower bar and you will notice almost all of your squeeks will be gone, when the frame turns all the plastic squeeks so getting those will stop alot of flex, and make you handle better

got no idea about the third question

i had an 89 firebird V6 and it would go to 220 and stay there. but after awhile i burned an exhaust valve and blew a cylinder. but that could have been my driving
