I have a 1998 Aurora and just lately noticed my drivers side rear floor is soaked and it is not from inside the car as far as leaving a window open or anything. Has anyone else had this problem? It is water only but it is stail stinky water. Thanks

My '96 had the same problem on the passengers' side in the back. I'm talking an inch in the floor after a heavy rain. Also, if you lift the rear seat, you may find standing water in the battery well. The problem? The bottom center of my rear window had lost it's rubber sealant. The fix? A $500 repair (at the dealer) to re-seal the entire window. When that failed again after 1 year, I simply bought a tube of silicone adhesive for about $2.49, and re-sealed it with no further problems. A wet/dry vac or steam cleaner should get the carpet pretty dry for you.

yeah you want to take your seat out and lift the rug up and get that water out cause your prob have a nice size puddle and you have to spend at least a couple hours because it soaks into the foam under the carpet.
