Hey guys, I've got a STD and a problem that goes with it. My radiator measures 23" wide or so and it seems that most radiators for sale are 27" wide (for DX's I presume). Would a DX's radiator work in mine? And if not, anybody know where I can get a STD radiator?

a DX radiator will work fine. You will need to either fabricate the drivers side upper bracket or find one off of a DX/Si/LX/EX. the drivers side upper bracket on the STD is located in a different position than the other models, but it has the bolt hole for the correct bracket.

FYI, you can also use a 90-93 integra radiator, which will bolt right in.

So no bolts or any additional parts needed for the integra radiator!?!?? (it fits even better than a DX would, or requires the same mounts that the DX does) BTW, if i were looking at

which mount/part number would you say I needed? Thanks

The 90-93 integra radiator requires the same mounts as the DX radiator. the ONLY difference isyou may have to use adjustable radiator hose clamps instead of the squeeze/crimp type that come on the car because the integra's water necks are very slightly larger and the hoses will fit a little loose.

I cant really tell from the picture what part it is, since the picture is so grainy.. but its either part #26 or part #25. Basically, if you open your hood, on the left side of where the radiator bolts on, you will see a bracket with 2 10mm bolts on it, and a rubber insert that goes over a nipple on the radiator. you need the one opposite that. (looks the same only backwards and goes on the right hand side)
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/uploads/32153/radbracket.jpg you can see the part in this picture on the right hand side where the radiator mounts...

OK, so the fan/shroud is all the same too then, right? The only different piece I will need is the mounting bracket on the right side of the radiator?
