stalling problem

hello people I have a 99 eclipse gs. i have a cai and a arospeed exhuast on it. Lately ive been having problems with it. It hesitates when I accelerate when the engine is cold in the morning. (it heats up quick cause its hotter than Hell outside by mid-day). and when i stop at a stop-light it acts like it wants to stall. its stalled on me a couple times. but how do I fix this?
