Im in a dilemma

ok here goes i dont know about my 1993 240sx cause there is so much rust under it and ugh. And then i wanted to see if i would be able to fix that somehow. Cause i love this car to death and wanted to put a red top sr20 in there.
And then my boss is sellin his 93 altima automatic and its lovely the fabrication hes done and engine work but its no 240 for sure. And thats 5 grand he wants. My car is a stick of course and i dont want to let that go. So is there anyways i could fix my car up because i dont want to let it go or should i get the altima?

5 grand foo u can get a s14 95 and up for that price and who cares if its auto or not u can convert it to stick with a sr20det swap and remember 240sx are sexyers then altimas
