Gallardo or Murcielago?

Heh, this is a Gallardo section, so it comes as no surprise. Although it's subjective, but even if I had $300K to spare, I'd still prefer getting a Gallardo. I like the narrow verticals headlights as oppose to Murcielago's broader incarnation. Even the back side of Gallardo is a true Italian mid-engine design, reflecting Ferrari's earlier models. Where as Murcielago's rear resembles Diablo a bit too much. But of course, Countach, Diablo, Murcielago are beautiful on their own rights, and breath taking when seen charging in the streets. The only drawback of Gallardo (others may see it as a plus) is the lack of vertical doors. Because I am used to recognizing Lamborghinis with their vertical doors up. But this is a minuscule nuisance since Gallardo is one and few of the best models Lamborghini ever conceived. I'd buy it instantly over many of the Ferrari models, albeit I am a Testarossa aficionado. As far as performance and handling goes, well they're all priceless stallions and bulls, no room for disappointments. Great Baby Lambo!

Btw, to the respective owners of Gallardo, around how much do you guys end up investing for the usual maintenance? I hope it's nothing like the Diablo.
