Wow. When I read the topic of this thread I thought I was going to puke, but I actually like those lights. To answer your question, those are probably custom lights. See the circles? They look like euros that the owner converted. There's a million ways to do it, some people use paint, others use tape. Do a search for "custom tail lights" or "painted tail lights". I know for a fact people have done them on this site. My friend made some red/clears out of his euros on his 93 Civic. I'll ask him what method he used and let you know. Good choice of tail lights. Probably the best I've ever seen on that model.
