Difference

Well, okay i got to thinking hard, and i couldnt really tell the diffence between the 2000 camaro and the 2000 camaro ss besides the v-8 and probably some other parts that go with the motor....

The SS has the 10 spoke Z06 style rims and the SS "ram air" hood.. There are also SLP mods done under the hood but Im not sure what they are

wasnt there different suspension put in too?

SAME ENGINE IN A Z AND SS! Same Suspension as well (*Unless ordered with SLP's Level II suspension). Only mods SLP did under the hood was a different Air intake lid if the car was ordered with it.
Between the V6 and V8 the shocks and springs are different due to weight differences.

oh thats not all, the shocks on a Z and SS are different (know cuz i have a Z and my dad has an SS) plus the short throw shifter

it all depends on what options were ordered on the ss from slp...
