I keep getting this code whenever I am decelerating and making a left turn. Any ideas on what could cause it. It has happened twice so far. The truck still runs fine. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well today I got the code again and I got the same code for bank 1. It seems to happen on sudden deceleration. I also forgot to mention that it has a rough idle. I was thinking of changing the plugs, pcv, air filter, possibly the EGR. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

although that would be good maintaince, i do not think it will fix the problem, it sounds like a leaky injector or injectors, maybe you can try running some injector cleaner through it.

I have the same code on my 97 Tahoe. Tune-up didn't help. I changed both oxygen sensors located before the converters and I still have a service code. Mine also idles rough with AC on. Someone told me to check the fuel pressure with key on but engine off. If low it may be a leaking regulator, but I haven't purchased a gauge to check it yet. Let me know if you fix yours and I'll do the same.

I have 2 codes for lean bank 1 and 2? Same deal? I have had work done on a pressure regulator around the tank area and fuel filter under manifold replaced? Didnt do a thing.

Just checking to see if anybody has found the cure for this code. Mine is intermittent. I can't even get it to do it. Just when I figure out how to duplicate it, either it won't duplicate or happens when I least expect it.
