Diagnostic Monitor Thermal Fuse

Hi:
I have a '95 Taurus that's been in an accident. Both airbags deployed. I've since changed the airbags, spindle, strut, bumper, grill, headlights and holder, radiator, power steering tubing, etc. Not a big accident. (yea, right)
Anyway, the airbag light is blinking 51. Thermal fuse blown? Can this fuse be changed and where might this diagnostic monitor/module be?
Now I see airbags being sold with the modules on eBay.
Thanks!
Harry
