surges in gear

02' taurus 3.0l, engine surges in gear at stop. when compressor kicks on the surge goes away, compressor off surges again. problem seems to go away when engine warms up. does not surge in p/n. no codes present, no vacuum leak and egr seems to be working. anyone have any suggestions. :wtf:

My 00 taurus 3.0 ffv does the same thing. At cold start engine surges when put in gear. When warm, problem goes away. Ford mechanics can't figure it out. I've had it to two different Ford dealer mechanics.
