Fiero GT wiring harnesses

Rodents gnawed the engine and underhood wiring harnesses on my stored '88 Fiero GT/5-speed. I can buy an '86 Fiero GT/automatic parts car. My question is: will the '86 wiring harnesses work in my '88?
