The 360's nice :) but I don't know about the Enzo. The roof looks like its made out of a sheet of polythene, you need to give it more presence. You could also have more tone values and practice elipses more. I pretty good though, and your 360 is much better IMO :).

i like the modena, the enzo is okay but the wheels are sort of leaned back, good job on both though

love the shading..would look better without the outline

The Enzo is ok. The roof needs work and there seems to be no rear deck lid. Also the shading, how come there are not any variations. There is one shade of gray and one shade of white. It seems like the car was colored gray with white marks. When highlighting with white, the white highlights are usually much thinner.

I believe he made the highlights by using his eraser..

I believe he made the highlights by using his eraser..

I know, but they should be thiner by using a sharp edge of an eraser, or kneaded eraser.

you need to beef the hell up those a-pillars. it is like the roofs are held up by human hairs.

you draw very well. you can capture perspective very well. you need to examine the wheels' camber. looks like this overly 'positive' camber problem. straighten the wheels out.

you are presently tentative with your use of contrast and tone. this is ok for now, but soon you must enbolden your sheetmetal and glass with a more convincing surface texture.

you understand the importance of black, but lack a solid understanding of lighting f/x on a car's body.

overall you are on a great path. you are not far from getting several clues. you are on the verge. go for it. do it today.

Are all your posts like this Bonzelite? lol, heres some of your recent posts:

"overall you are on a great path. you are not far from getting several clues. you are on the verge. go for it. do it today."

"let us take this one bite at a time to eat the whole elephant at a later date."

"play god here. remember, you are the commander. not the car. you are the one. you are the judge, jury and trial."

"this is a brutal and painful time you must face ahead of you. and you must discover a way that makes it worth your while, makes it fun while you are in torture."

Yes, Master Bonzelite, you must guide us to the force, you must help us join the Rebels and defeat the evil Elephants. There is a desturbance in the force Master, and only you, with the help of you trusty pencil, can finaly restore peace in vast paper, by gobbling up the Elephants once and for all.

rotflmao, the elephant one is my favorite. You know if people took the advice above seriously, they would be doing some very strange things.

the strange things to do are what we are already doing. but with greater finesse.

i gotta go to bed now so i may rise again and face what it is that i have chosen.

And by Ra 15 dont you mean Ross! I'd rather forget my AF name, R for ross A for allen and I was 15 at the time. Ra 15, how dumb was that? Can one of the mods change it to Ross or something?

The post only took about 5 mins, which isn't too long. Didn't have much else to do...

Cool drawings.

Many people use a mix of hb and 2b mechanical/normal pencils for their shading. Some people use tortillions (rolled up paper) to blend shading together. This tut can help you make your own:

http://homepages.tesco.net/~p.wilkinson/tortillon.html

Alternatively you can use a tissue/q-tip.
But, as its been mentioned before, don't use your finger, the oils in your finger will blend with your shading and produce inconsistent lines.

Hope this helps.

Mirza.
