My coolant fan will not come on. The fan will come on with the A/C or the heater running like it should. I pulled the plug from the temp sensor and started the engine. The fan came on immeadiately. This lead me to believe the sensor was bad so I replaced it. The fan still will not come on without the heater or A/C on. Any suggestions

are you sure that your compressor clutch is engaging? If your AC system pressure is low it won't engage the compressor which won't start your ac system, which will not engage your fan.

If I do not turn the heater/ A/C on it will over heat because the fan will not turn on. I believe the fan is supposed to turn on at 213 degrees.
