List of Problems in '93 Grand AM

I have a few things wrong with '93 Grand AM, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with them.
1. When I clean off my windshield with my wipers, the wipers do not go down right away like they are supposed to. They continue to wipe off the windshield even after all the washer fluid is off the window. Is there some kind of sensor that tells the wipers when to stop wiping?
2. My ABS light comes on sometimes when I'm driving, but it has come back on every times after I have driven my car around a few times. The manual says that I should turn off the car and then start it again, but that doesn't seem to work all the time. Is this something I should worry about, or should I just let it go.
3. I had a run in with a group of pine trees and I ended up losing my passenger side mirror. Is there a place that I can pick one up for $20 or less? Maybe a junkyard? I really don't want to spend too much money on this since I've been going without it for awhile now.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1: when you use the windshield washer button it stays on because of how long you held down the button. If its quick push it stops after a couple wipes if held down for awhile it will wipe several times.
2: since your abs turns off and on your gonna have brake problems eventually , it disengages the abs cus something is interfering with it or it is malfunctioning , when it does this it is harder on pads and rotors cus the braking system is designed for abs not full force brakes also tough on the brake lines.
3:Pick out a part at the junk yard , 20 bucks is a good deal on a mirror , takem both for 20 bucks if you can , maybe youll find a better style of mirrors.

Even if I do only push down on the winshield washer button once, it still wipes forever. Even if I push down the lever once which used to only wipe a few times, it still keeps on wipeing. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
Is there something I can check that might solve my ABS problem? I really don't want to spend too much on my car and taking it to a mechanic would definately cost me some money. Any suggestions?

Check the brake fluid resevoire on the master cylinder.
Try removing your wheels and spray lots of brake cleaner in the calipers and rotors (all over both sides)
and let it stand 30 seconds , pressure wash them good and blowem out with an air tool. Check to see if somethings logged in there check your pads , check your caliper piston for play , check your 2 bolts with the rubber surounding them pullem out a bit see if they go back in by themselves or get sticky , make sure your anti squeel plates are on right check the lines that run into the calipers are they leaky? I seen all these simple things to check cause abs light to come on. Ive never seen an abs system fail on a grand am , bet im gonna hear bout some soon tho lol. Try these things before spending cash to fix it and if you do gots warranty use it instead of anything i suggested , its there job after all not your. Good luck.
