Does the johnny race car 6" tall I/C fit under the stock fascia of a 90 Si w/ little or no cutting?

As far as i know, and knowing this becuase one of my friends had the JRC 6".. you'll have to cut almost the whole plastic grille out of the bumper to get the intercooler to fit.
